As a therapist , my passion lies in guiding individuals through their healing journey and helping them uncover their true selves. There's nothing more fulfilling to me than supporting people on their journey to feel healthier, supporting them as they heal from past wounds and tap into their inner strengths. I understand being human is a complex journey involving the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can freely express themselves. My goal is to meet my clients where they at and assist them in moving forward in their life's journey. To support them by listening to their needs View 4 Photos I offer the opportunity for individuals to be connected with not only their thoughts but, their emotions and their body. I do individual therapy via video and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy for those who are interested. I also offer groups, offering opportunities to work with horses in order to address life transition issues and anxiety issues.
