I offer compassionate and experienced support, guidance and psychotherapy for adults , children and families. My speciality is children. The approach I use is person-centered as opposed to being overly directive although I certainly offer suggestions. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual. I welcome my patients to a safe, ambient, and confidential space, and inviting them to trust in the process of developing an authentic therapeutic relationship. Within this relationship, transformations can and do occur. With over thirty years of experience as a mental health professional, I am a seasoned guide. The general population issues I have effectively addressed include Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse , ADHD, Anger Management, Divorce, eating issues, and post-traumatic stress.
