I have 20+ years of experience providing my Clients with comfort and support during their most challenging times in their lives. Reaching out for help can be difficult but for many it is the first step to a happier more productive life. Adults dealing with Mood Disorders, Depression and Anxiety, ADHD, Fears, Phobias, Grief, Divorce, Trauma, Family Dysfunction and Parenting are all areas I have a great deal of experience with. I also work extensively with woman's issues providing support and empowerment.
