Google "Narcissism with Barbara Monett" to listen to my talk about living with a person with Narcissism. I help people tease out their real true self from a false self which has "gone along to get along". I offer a nonjudgemental safe space to investigate the things that bother you which have set you up for disappointment . As for your part, all it takes is willingness and an open mind. I was faced with the challenge of finding my way through many issues that used to baffle me so I feel particularly trained, formally and personally, to walk you through the next stage to personal freedom and happiness. Assisting people who want peace and believe they have "tried everything" to find it is truly my calling. I learned first hand that I could not think my way into better behavior, I had to see how my habitual reactions to situations weren't helping me. They were keeping me stuck in the past. We can heal the past and show up for life now.
