Hello and welcome to my practice. I know that reaching out for support takes a lot of courage, and I deeply honor that step. I am a compassionate, warm, and down-to-earth therapist who believes in walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just in need of someone to talk to, I offer a safe, supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore emotions, experiences, and goals and feel empowered and supported to fully be yourself. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask some gentle questions to learn more about what brings you to therapy, some basic history, what you hope to work on, and any goals or concerns you may have.
