I am a seasoned, supportive, and well-experienced licensed mental health therapist, having worked in private practice for many years in AZ. I am an expert listener, and I enjoy working with adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing difficult symptoms associated with past or present life challenges that require intervention and processing in ways that may restore a greater life balance and well-being. I will explore what lifestyle practices are working for you, and any that you are aware of that are not working for you, while adding this to the treatment planning. In our first session together, here's what you can expect I would like to get to know you regarding what you feel are your unique and specific main problems, symptoms, and issues that need to be dealt with in therapy, as well as any past or present problems or challenges that may contribute to these. I'll ask you about your personal strengths and weaknesses.
