Hello, my name is Dr. Barbara Palomino de Velasco, or if you wish, you may call me "Dr. P." I have been working with adults and families for over 20 years. I have had the privilege of assisting them in communication, problem-solving, depression management, anxiety reduction, substance abuse, sexual issues in relationships, family issues, and life transitions, emphasizing helping them develop adaptive coping skills. Additionally, I train nationwide on law enforcement suicide prevention, critical incidents, and building more resilient first responder families.
