Your journey for a more fulfilling life has begun. It is said that the most important factor for growth and change in therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. My style as a clinician is warm and welcoming. My philosophy is to let the client show me what they need, and to move slowly and mindfully in a spirit of partnership. I believe when I listen closely and carefully to what someone shares, they will tell me where it hurts, and together, we discover how to transform the pain into a life of joy, peacefulness, and wellbeing. I see my role as a guide and teacher, bringing to you options and possibilities. I have been a psychotherapist for over 30 years and have learned much from the clients I have worked with. I may bring many expertise's into the room, but my clients have taught me what works best for them. My approach centers around integrating Mind/Body modalities which includes Somatic EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems /Parts work.
