Individuals (18+ years) struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or relationship issues. I'm trained in evidence-based therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which concludes that through mindful meditation, we can defuse ourselves from our thoughts and emotions, allowing us to commit to value-congruent actions in a way that brings us life purpose. I am also passionate about working with couples, helping them navigate through their struggles at any point in their relationship. Lastly, I'm a sex-positive Sex Therapist who welcomes individuals to explore their sexual issues in a safe and non-judgmental setting. I've worked in various settings, such as a community hospital, a college counseling center, and the Department of Veteran Affairs prior to starting private practice.
