During 38 years as a licensed therapist, I have experienced working with people in times of difficulties, phases of growth, and at unexpected crossroads. I listen with compassion, understanding and support while providing an opportunity for a new vision. Together we develop a treatment program based on your own personal desire for change. I utilize techniques that can help change habitual negative beliefs and perceptions at a very deep level. Together we work from the premise that what you believe - you become. Therapy can be brief or long-term, depending on what you want to achieve.
