If you're in a long-term relationship, I don't have to tell you how hard it can be. I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist and I work with couples who keep getting stuck in the same painful cycles. Maybe communication has become tense or shut down, family stress or parenting demands are pulling you apart, or differences in faith, values, or identity have created distance and confusion. At your core, you want to communicate without explosions or withdrawal, understand each other’s feelings, and feel close again. You want a relationship where you can turn toward each other with honesty, compassion, and confidence. I can help with that. Repetitive fights, perpetual connection/disconnection have familiar patterns. There's something that triggers the tension or disconnection followed by yours, or your partners reaction to it that pulls you both into an overwhelming whirlwind of conflict. I'm trained to help you see this pattern, disrupt it, and find news ways so you feel a deeper connection.
