When one begins the therapeutic journey, one can feel very vulnerable. My clients make lasting changes and attain the confidence to take the risks to succeed, in an atmosphere of warmth and encouragement. I work with parents, children, teens, and adults addressing anxiety, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, and social issues. They learn to live authentic lives and learn to live in the moment. I have a lot of experiencing with divorced families and help them coparent and do what is in the best interests of their chilldren.
