My ideal client is someone who looks “fine” on the outside but feels overwhelmed, stuck, or not like themselves inside. They may be dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic stress, trauma, or a major life transition. Many are women navigating perimenopause/menopause—mood changes, irritability, sleep issues, anxiety, or sadness about how much they feel like they’ve changed. They may also be adjusting to empty-nester life and role changes at home or work. They want relief, steadiness, and tools that actually work, plus deeper healing so they can feel safe, confident, connected, and more like themselves again.
