Please note as of January 2026 I am now offering tele-therapy. I use a strength based approach that focuses on cooperation not competition. I achieve this through the process of art therapy, where people can bond by working together creatively. While I am not against medication, I suggest the use of it as a last resort. I believe in many alternative holistic treatments that can be a substitute for medication. I see people as an integral part of a system, rather than seeing people as separate, as in the medical model.
