I have been a psychotherapist for 25 years. I see adults and adolescents. I do not see children, 11 and under. Psychotherapy works best when the process seeks change. The focus of change needs to be delineated through a collaborative relationship between therapist and client. As a Ph.D. I understand the importance of applying evidence based methods and staying updated in relation to the current state of knowledge. This underlies your effectiveness as a therapist. Fees are reasonable and customary. I am on most major insurance panels. My office is in a safe location. I am the sole occupant.
