I have had the privilege to assist clients with anxiety, depression and general mental health concerns as well as compulsive sexual behaviors, chemical and process/ behavioral addictions in a variety of settings including addiction treatment services with Dawn Farm's community of programs. I utilize a combination of 12 step and mindfulness based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy grounded in person centered work. I am passionate about helping my clients identify and work with barriers standing in their way of joyful living and successful relationships.
