I’ve been a therapist since the early 1980s. I work with all kinds of people dealing with all kinds of issues, from psychodynamic work to problem solving. The work is always intended to address the whole person. Psychotherapy is a collaborative relational process. That is my approach. I am trained to work using a variety of modalities, including talk therapy, creative therapy, body-centered therapy, cognitive therapy, and hypnosis. It is possible to do effective somatic work online, as well as talk therapy.
