Hi there. I am currently accepting new clients. I work with adult individuals, couples, and groups in NY & CT. I help people to navigate trauma recovery (PTSD & CPTSD), and to find relief from anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues, shame, dissociation, grief/loss, & dysphoria. My approach blends psychodynamic theory with mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic therapy to nurture the mind-body connection, ease tension, release stuck emotions, & increase client capacity for life. I also incorporate EMDR for processing upsetting memories, and (if appropriate) psychedelic therapy to support breakthroughs & neurological change.
