As a mental health therapist, I provide a safe and pleasant environment for you to share your life's challenges. I believe in helping you realize your strengths and abilities to overcome these challenges. I assist you with processing and working through your troubles as well as equipping you with the knowledge and tools to combat your obstacles. Working together we will make positive changes in your life. Some of the areas I address are: depression; anxiety; physical, sexual, and emotional abuse; relationship & attachment issues; adults who experienced childhood trauma; anger management; PTSD; and ADHD.
