You might be looking for a place where you can finally stop "performing" and just be yourself. I am here to offer you that space—one where you are accepted without judgment and supported with genuine compassion. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—you are a whole person, not a diagnosis. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from CBT, Psychodynamic and Narrative therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to support insight, coping, and healing.
