Hi, my name is Batsheva. Many of my clients come to me carrying a sense of heaviness; unprocessed emotions, past experiences, or difficult relationships, seeking a way to move through it all. I draw on my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Sensorimotor to support those navigating the lingering effects of trauma, recurring patterns, or stuckness. I believe deeply in the innate wisdom within each individual and aim to help you access what’s already yours. As we work together, you may notice a greater sense of ease in your body and the ability to navigate relationships and life challenges with more clarity and center.
