How do we make sense of our experiences & emotions? How do we fill in the gaps between the occurrences in our lives & the resulting impact on our hearts? I believe our narratives, or the stories that we tell ourselves about who we are & what has happened to us, are complex & often interwoven with trauma, pain, heartbreak, and insecurities. Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other mental health struggles can rob us of our sense of control over our lives; leaving us feeling hopeless & alone. By connecting with nature & being seen, heard, & held with compassion & empathy, I believe we can find healing, empowerment, & authenticity.
