I aim to show up with empathy and a personalized approach to helping clients face the challenges of life. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are prepared to create sustainable change in their lives as they navigate their unique stressors. Therapy looks different for everyone and I believe in making the experience one that is aligned with each person's values and needs. Together we can figure out what is important to you and how to grow in that direction! If you are dealing with life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, adoption, foster care, etc, I might be a fit for you. I use a Person-Centered approach as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques in session. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults.
