I work with individuals in IA, NE, TX, CO, NH, VA (fully licensed) and FL (Telehealth) with ADHD, OCD, trauma, severe anxiety and sexual concerns such as men's issues, porn addiction and polyamory. My focus is on the individual, not a cookie cutter approach with worksheets. I incorporate CBT, Mindfulness, Stages of Change, Trauma Informed Therapy and Solution Focus therapy; using podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok videos, books and more as supplements to therapy. Patients are eager to improve their lives, but often stuck at "where to begin?". I accept telehealth through GROW therapy & Headway, and private pay sliding scales.
