Life is full of challenges, and as your Therapist, I would partner alongside you as you imagine new possibilities, consider your options, and move towards making meaningful change. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults. Specialty areas include helping individuals with challenges related to transition into young adulthood, navigating relationship changes, career moves, infertility, depression, social anxiety, executive functioning, and affirming neurodiversity. I have a calm, reassuring therapy style, focused on recongizing the world needs who you are meant to be and I want to help you get there. I graduated from Indiana University in 2010 with my MSW, and have 15 years of therapy experience. I am a certified PEERS Therapist, and I am IFS informed completing the Circle Training. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Social Thinking.
