My clients are often LGBTQIA+-identified and may be navigating cisheterosexist systems, anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, identity exploration, relational challenges, life transitions, and grief. My clients seek a nonjudgmental space to make sense of their experiences and feel more at home within themselves. We use nontraditional creative alternatives to exploring ways to learn self-acceptance, practice emotional awareness and communication, and build healthier connections with others.
