Be Still and Know... speaks to each of us as individuals and groups as we move along life's journey. We are so used to constantly moving that we don't take the time to be still; -to think, feel, or discern what we are experiencing in life. This constant moving causes us to miss out on the opportunity to understand and resolve what we are going through. Therapy can be a supportive and meaningful way to understand and resolve the concerns and issues that occur. I seek to help all individuals who want to learn how to deal with life's challenges in an inclusive, affirming, and supportive environment.
