Over the years, I have worked extensively in crisis management, hospice care, geriatrics, and community mental health, which has given me a deep understanding of resilience, healing, and the unique ways people navigate change. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe space where you feel truly heard and supported.
