I work with teens and adults providing care for clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and the desire to reach life goals. The main goal for my clients includes establishing and becoming the best versions of themselves. I believe that in my practice, my clients can achieve their goals if they believe in themselves, put in the work, and have support. I am inspired by 'not being a product of ones circumstances but, being a product of the decisions and actions made.”
