Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, addiction, or broken relationships take over. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals and families to heal and rebuild their lives. I help clients struggling with mental health challenges, substance use, and trauma gain insight, develop coping skills, and restore hope. Together, we work toward emotional balance, healthier relationships, and lasting change — one step at a time. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), and Certified Domestic Violence Practitioner, I use a holistic, person-centered approach. I help clients uncover root causes, build emotional awareness, and develop practical tools for healing, growth, and lasting recovery
