I work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can be open and honest. Together, we explore patterns, build on strengths, and tap into resilience to move toward meaningful change. My goal is to support each client in gaining clarity, healing, and confidence so they can create a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. My focus is to help individuals heal, learn and become aware of their inner strengths by utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Systems Therapy.
