I work with perfectionistic women; the type A or people pleasing woman who looks put together on the outside, but on the inside is struggling with her sense of self, her confidence, or feeling like if her perfectionistic "mask" slipped, others would be able to see just how overwhelmed, triggered, or unhappy she is. I also work with the mom that does "all the things," but inside feels like it is never enough. You might feel pulled in a million directions, whether it is advocating for your neurodiverse child, managing your household, while also maintaining your marriage, but feel exhausted, disconnected, or resentful.
