I like to first get to know what your strengths are, the areas in your life that you might want to see change or just pay attention to. We can discuss what are some possible ways to make does changes and together find the best strategies to help reach those goals. My work in mental health field began over 10 years ago, working with children, adolescents , families, and adults. Most of my work has been with clients with intensive mental health needs and whom have experience trauma in their lives. I have worked in providing individual/family therapy as well as help in navigating with parenting and behavior issues.
