I specialize in trauma therapy for teens and adults and help my clients build grounded, lasting change using evidence-based approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My specialty is trauma and stress-related disorders and I work with teens and adults across a range of backgrounds, life stages, and concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges.
