Every person has a right to peace, joy, and rest. It's difficult to experience because...life. Marginalization and discrimination actively keep us from the fullness of life we deserve. Financial stress, burnout, and relationship conflicts compound and overwhelm. The "tools" to manage burn out or stress aren't enough and leave us feeling hopeless. There are ways to heal, slow down, and create joy. I am a queer therapist working with Practical Audacity, a Group Practice where the providers are Queer Identified/ Aligned and Trauma-Informed Professionals. My mission is to help people find Pleasure, Joy, and Fulfillment in their lives. I specialize in complex trauma, medical/social transition, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identities, kink, CNM/ENM, mood disorders, and provider/clinician support. I use memory reconsolidating modalities for trauma processing and recovery. I integrate somatic, breath, and mindfulness therapies to deepen our relationship and trust in ourselves and others.
