Hi, I'm Becca. My expertise includes working with people experiencing grief, anxiety, OCD and complex trauma, including childhood abuse, traumatic grief and loss, sexual assault, religious trauma, vicarious trauma in their work, such as first responders and those who experience caretaking stress. These experiences may cause lower confidence, social isolation and unrealistic feelings of guilt that make it hard to say no or set boundaries. My aim is to assist you to better understand what you're experiencing, find the most effective approach to your challenges, and build emotional resiliency along with improving your relationships. I am a person-centered therapist that focuses on helping people resolve and heal trauma and grief. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and use EMDR to process trauma, reduce anxiety, obsessive thoughts and heal past wounds. I also use ERP to address concerns with OCD along with ACT to address concerns with anxiety and panic.
