We’ve all had difficult experiences that bring us to our knees. Experiences that shift the way we see the world, see ourselves, the way we move through life. Sometimes it’s hard to move on from those moments until we’re able to experience them with someone who really understands. I’m really good at finding hope in difficult situations. I am skilled at opening up lines of communication in damaged family relationships. A core feature of my work is helping you work through feelings of shame and worthlessness–I’m particularly good at helping teen boys and girls.
