Are you feeling burnt out, unmotivated, or stuck? Do you overthink, procrastinate, or feel controlled by your thoughts or feelings? These symptoms are painful and common in those who have experienced loss, relationship stress, trauma, or other distressing life events. Unfortunately, many people try to just keep going and when that doesn't work, try to avoid or numb their feelings. While this can work well in the short-term, it often leads to bigger problems such as relationship issues, physical symptoms, addictions, or decreased work performance in the long-term. If you are ready, I would like to help you find your way forward. I offer both traditional talk therapy and a trauma-focused therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART can help clients feel a sense of closure, resolution and motivation to move forward from past distressing or traumatic experiences that may not feel fully resolved from talk therapy alone.
