The journey of therapy is one of motivation, resilience, and self-love. It can be difficult but remaining determined and hopeful uncovers a life of light & joy that has always been waiting for you! Working with clients that are struggling with life transitions, identity, and self-esteem issues gives me the ability to help one explore the different life experiences and narratives that keep them in a painful place. I love being able to use a compassion-based orientation to help others find a strong, confident, loving and loved, version of themselves.
