My approach is culturally attuned, relational, collaborative and respectful. I bring my humanity and intention for mutuality in the therapeutic relationship. If you're looking for a space to rewrite narratives about yourself and understand your most authentic self, I offer a safe container to do so, with anti-oppressive, compassionate support. Using IFS, psychodynamic interventions, and relational psychoanalysis, we will reframe harmful stories, ease shame and anxiety, and build practical coping skills.
