I am passionate about helping couples, individuals, families, and teens live more authentically and build and/or restore relationships. I support individuals, both adults and teens, discover their innate wisdom while exploring how their family system and identity have impacted their mental health. I have helped couples regain trust and become more attuned by accessing and expressing vulnerable emotions to their partner. I enjoy working with client's experiencing stressors related to relational issues, navigating life transitions, and working through childhood trauma (including abuse). View 4 Photos I employ evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, CBT, and Internal Family Systems, along with somatic and mindfulness strategies to support my clients through their therapeutic journeys. Additionally, I am a trained pre-marital facilitator through Prepare/Enrich.
