My name is Becky and I specialize in the mental health needs of first responders and military. I completed my Masters Degree in Emergency Responder and Military Psychology and have my own organization called Holding Space for Heroes to support the mental health of the communities who keep us safe and keep us free. Culturally competent in the specific issues that face our police officers, firefighters, emergency personnel and wide range of military roles, I am here to listen, guide and help.
