I received my Masters in Social Work from Boston College in 1995. I specialize in helping clients who present with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and environmental stressors. I work with clients who are LGBTQ+, straight, or cisgender. I strive to provide a safe environment in which clients can explore problematic areas which inhibit personal growth, work toward creating either change or acceptance regarding feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and to identify patterns that are no longer useful. I derive deep fulfillment as a therapist, and consider it a privilege to be a trusted participant on one's journey.
