Therapy is a process that is often sought out during times of change, stress or transition. It can take courage to reach out to others. Thus, I feel it important to have a level of trust and comfort with your therapist. I greatly enjoy providing direction and insight to the clients I serve. I view my role as one that facilitates further introspection and growth. Every life event, those that are joyful, painful, or somewhere in between, can serve to shape us as an individual as we make choices for how we are going to respond. I specialize in the areas of grief and trauma for adults and children. I also have extensive experience working with individuals and families coping with life transitions or living with mental illness.
