Each of us has a story. Our past can influence or shape our lives, but it doesn't define or limit who we are. It doesn't have the power to tell us who we can become. My initial goal is to provide a non-judgmental and safe place for my clients to feel seen, heard and understood. I would like to believe that therapy provides the opportunity to discover and make use of the healing power of our stories to make us stronger. My goal is to help others achieve their potential. I work with ages 18-65. I especially enjoy working with our college population or professionals dealing with work related stress or burnout.
