I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults, as well as couples and family therapy. In addition to the above areas of focus, I have experience assisting individuals who are pursuing creative endeavors to overcome barriers and reach their goals. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and have experience working with individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. It was eighteen years ago while attending undergraduate school that I entered the field of mental health as a volunteer working with runaway youth and mentoring teens in a group home setting.
