Are you feeling like you just can't quite get ahead? Like you are drowning or even just barely keeping afloat and don't know why? Maybe relationships are difficult, or your stress is taking over. Possibly you have either experienced a significant trauma you want to process, or even experienced a traumatic event that seems like it shouldn't matter any more but it keeps popping into your head. Our worlds are so interconnected, and oftentimes we are not taught the skills to take a breath, slow down, and process what's happening for us. My office is a safe space for you to decompress, learn skills to regulate, and process.
