We are all connected. Why doesn't it always seem or feel that way? For most of us, there are difficult life experiences, unhealthy relationships, and/or negative messaging from society that have caused us to feel disconnected from others and even disconnected from ourselves. You want to hope again. To believe, that it can get better; you can FEEL better. You want to be able to have close and satisfying relationships with others but negative thoughts and difficult feelings get in the way. Lack of confidence to go for your dreams holds you back. When change is never-ending, how do you "keep calm and carry on"? Everyone needs support. We've got to stay CURIOUS! I'll teach you about the power you have to regulate your nervous system (i.e. to calm your mind and body); to communicate more effectively using NVC; and support you in discovering your strengths and your purpose. Most importantly, I will guide YOU on your journey to find HOPE in a safe, supportive & loving environment.
