Greetings! I’m a psychodynamic therapist and licensed clinical social worker offering both in-person and virtual psychotherapy. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity about how your past experiences shape your present relationships, emotions, and behaviors. My work is rooted in compassion, harm reduction principles, and a belief that healing is nonlinear but absolutely possible. Until we name something, it can shape us in ways we don't even see.
