With a collaborative, nurturing, and compassionate approach, I strive to create a welcoming environment for each person I work with. My warm presence and genuine interactions help clients feel at ease, making the therapeutic process a comforting and empowering experience. I work with children, teens, and adults of all ages, using a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to foster growth and lasting change. My goal is to help clients develop personal insight, build healthy coping skills, break dysfunctional patterns, and enhance their overall well-being.
